Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin castings with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. With over 600 resin epoxy mold models currently available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a zigzag motion, from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely solidified within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance.

  • Proper maintenance and usage practices, such as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
