Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying resin epoxy casts at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will completely harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while for some model molds it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
