Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can withstand multiple uses. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring rod. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant, glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Notice:

  • The general usage life of molds is around 10 times, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
