Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant, glassy appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper maintenance and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
