Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after drying. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, ensure that the mixing stick touches the bottom and edges of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
