Glass Bottom Stand Epoxy Silicone Mold

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of epoxy resin casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
