Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which speeds up the drying process of epoxy resin pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The average lifespan of molds is generally 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
