Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for epoxy resin pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on an unscratchable glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective cleaning material for removing epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
