Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick drying process for resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring rod should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

  • The general mold lifespan is 10 uses, while some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and provides a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids for mold cleaning.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
