Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried, they are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Also, our silicone molds are reusable molds, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours, fully hardens within 12 hours, and becomes scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours.

  • The general usage life of molds is usually 10 times, some of our mold models have a usage life of 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following the correct usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
