Resin Epoxy Mold for Necklace - Resin Epoxy Prayer Bead and Bead Mold 8 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that allow for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, withstanding high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should create a homogenous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like texture in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
