Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely solidified within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold interior with your fingers.
