Epoxy Resin Mold - Small Triangle - 2 x 2 x 2 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after drying, enabling quick curing of epoxy resin pours with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will take on an unscratchable glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure longer usability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
