Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow quick curing of resin epoxy pours, able to withstand heat in a range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our mold models are usable for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish spray to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy liquids and residue.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
