Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, allowing the product to be removed after drying. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
