Butterfly Epoxy Resin Silicone Mold 1017

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas, creating variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion to ensure a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure longevity.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
