Epoxy Resin Dryer - 54W
Device has Second Levels: 60, 90, 120, 180, and Unlimited Buttons.
Our UV dryer does not fully cure epoxy, but it minimizes the drying time
and helps with the hardening process.
Your epoxy design will dry much faster, typically between 6 to 8 hours, if left under the dryer.
Color discrepancies may occur in shipments.
Note: Freezing time may vary depending on the quality of the epoxy resin. Our UV epoxy freezer device is only used by medical professionals abroad.
It does not completely dry the epoxy resin, but rather accelerates the hardening process. The outer layer quickly gels, the outer layer dries, and you can release it from the mold and let it dry naturally at room temperature.
There are time settings available for 60 sec, 90 sec, 120 sec, 180 sec, and unlimited open duration.
Positive results have been obtained with our own epoxy product.
- Important Warning:
- The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but for some models, it can be 20-25 uses.
- Proper care of your mold and cleaning methods can extend its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and prolong its lifespan.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
- Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
