Diamond-Shaped Resin Epoxy Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, allowing the resin epoxy castings to be removed after drying, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxies at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only, suitable for various fields, creating distinctions in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
