Large Round Tray Resin Epoxy Mold - 300mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning the product can be easily removed after drying. These molds can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture is achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like. Color: Clear

Important Note:

• The typical lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning epoxy residues and are recommended for mold cleaning.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
