Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy castings, which can be easily removed after the product has dried.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variety in different sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back-and-forth, left-to-right, and top-to-bottom motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours, and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.
