Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable molds suitable for resin epoxy castings that can be removed once the product has dried, providing a quick curing process at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general shelf life of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Proper care of your mold and maintenance procedures such as cleaning can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold glossiness and prolongs its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning resin liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
