Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which enables quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain.

Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, moving from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

Important warning:

• The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, but for some model molds, it can be 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
