Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions:: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogenous mixture should be obtained by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure longevity.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
