Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried in resin epoxy castings. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, up-and-down motion, ensuring a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, but some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
