Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to demold, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
