Resin Epoxy Bookmark Medium Size - 3.2 x 14.1 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, up-and-down motion to ensure a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
