Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, ensuring quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
