Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models have a lifespan of 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
