Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
