Epoxy Resin Round Tray Mold - 30cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which promotes rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids off the mold.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
