Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, facilitating the rapid curing of resin epoxy pours at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With over 600 resin epoxy mold models currently available in Turkey, these molds can bring diversity to various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by moving the mixing stick from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture is obtained by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and proper usage, cleaning procedures, and maintenance can prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-term use. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
