Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that allow for quick drying of resin epoxy castings, which can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high temperature resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable molds that can be used multiple times, not just for one-time resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. There are currently more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent
