The sizes of the stones vary from 35mm to 45mm. The pawn sizes are 25mm. Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds help epoxy resin castings to dry quickly at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It obtains a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
