Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily detachable molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts, withstanding high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable molds that can be used multiple times and are not for single-use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and always avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
