Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container, and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it gets a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
