• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
