Bead Resin Epoxy Mold - Square - 12 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring fast curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various areas and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the mixing rod to the bottom and edges of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
