Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, which allows resin epoxy castings to dry quickly. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and will fully harden within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some of our models, it can be between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
