Resin Epoxy Mold Necklace - Rectangle - 25 x 35 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Additionally, a non-alcohol-based wet wipe is the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
