Wood Piece Resin Epoxy Mold - Wood Shape Silicone Mold - 6.5 x 2 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Also, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
