Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that facilitate quick drying in resin epoxy castings, able to withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following the correct usage and cleaning procedures, you can use it for a longer period.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as this mold release spray or wax varnish preserves the mold's luster and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
