Resin Epoxy Mold for Necklace - Round - 35 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds have a high heat capacity, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 500 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick against the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold luster and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
