Resin Epoxy Mold Necklace - Droplet - 46 x 51 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees, which ensures fast curing of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 500 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
